Hey there, I'm Nicole!

For as long as I can remember I have always had an interest in photography. I would always carry around a disposable camera with me wherever I went, and if we went on vacation I would have multiple! Boy those were the days, lol. I remember taking so many pictures then waiting for them to be developed, hoping that they would all came out ok. I went from using disposable to learning to develop my own film in high school. Seeing the results deepened my love for black & white images as well as for photography itself. I didn't really get into digital photography until I had my first son. I started with a point and shoot digital camera. Seeing the results of a photo right then and there was amazing! When my second son came along, I upgraded to a DSLR camera, and that's when I really knew that photography was what I wanted to do. I want to capture all the little moments as well as the big milestone moments in our lives.

My husband, Chris, and I are high school sweethearts. We have been married since 2010, have 2 amazing boys, 4 fur kids, and have a profound love of everything Disney. Ok, actually I have a profound love of everything Disney, my husband just goes along with it. Our oldest is in his teenage years and is in the marching band. He's really good at the drums, making us laugh, and being a great big brother. Our youngest is an intelligent, funny, kind little man who also happens to be on the autism spectrum. He has taught me so much in his 7 years of life than I have learned in the 30+ years of mine. My boys are the sole reason why I always have a camera on hand, be it my phone, my DSLR, or even taking my husbands phone if mine is out of reach, just to capture every little moment in life.

Not only do I have a love of photography, but I have a huge love of animals, hence the 4 fur babies we currently have..he he. I have worked with a local dog rescue, Rescue Dogs Rock, to photograph some of the more local dogs that they have. They are a non profit, foster only rescue, who bring in dogs from all across the US as well as from over seas, in hopes that these animals will have a much better life than where they are coming from.
